Chato was surrendered to Noah’s rescue by his owner due to the fact he no longer had time for him . Probably for the best because he was kept in a cage most of the time . This adorable bully boy loves humans big and small , he seems non reactive to dogs , cats are unknown . He is a very sweet boy 💕
